1. About Us

Shakthi Sree Collections (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a company incorporated in  India, with its registered office at Anantapur. We operate the Site for the sale of sarees and related accessories.

2. Use of the Site

2.2 You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, regulations and these Terms.

2.3 You agree not to:

c) interfere with or damage the Site, servers or networks;

d) post or transmit any unlawful, harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, threatening or otherwise objectionable content.

3. Products & Orders

3.1 We strive to display product images and descriptions accurately; however, we do not guarantee that such images or descriptions are error-free.

3.2 By placing an order you offer to purchase the product(s) under these Terms. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion.

3.3 Once we accept your order, you will receive a confirmation email. The contract between you and us will only be formed when we send that confirmation.

3.4 We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

3.5 If a product proves to be unavailable after we accept your order, we will inform you and you may choose a refund or substitute product (if available).

4. Price & Payment

4.1 Prices on the Site are in INR and include applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise). Shipping, handling or other fees may apply and will be clearly indicated at checkout.

5.4 If you fail to accept delivery, we may end the contract, retain the item and charge reasonable costs for recovery and re-delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds
